Based in Alston Cumbria the food is prepared, and cooked by Pork to Perfection, or provided by other local suppliers, and where ever possible using local ingredients. We even do large Paella with seafood, chicken or pork using rice and seasoning sourced from Spain

 Most of the pork is out-door reared in the Eden Valley, Cumbria by small scale breeders using traditional breeds such as Tamworth (my own), Saddleback & Gloucester Old Spot.
