The service                                                        

PORK to PERFECTION offers a high quality service to make sure that the customer is left with lasting memories. Using a quality hog roasting machine the service comes with a chef.

As well as providing Hog Roast Catering I am developing bespoke outside wedding & party catering (ready for 2011) providing a range of menu to cater for up to 150 guests. Menu example, from locally reared fillet trout pan fried in Cajun spices or chicken breast stuffed with pesto sauce and smoked cheese wrapped in my own traditionally produced air dried ham.

Each occasion is tailor made to meet the unique requirements of the customer, whatever the occasion, be it a birthday, wedding or corporate function. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

We are a member of Made in Cumbria which promotes quality Cumbrian produce.  I am registered with Carlisle City Council, have a food hygiene certificate & undertake food safety and risk assessments. My equipment has relevant safety certificates.
