Our best seller is Pig, however we can do lamb, goats, chickens or a mixture of joints. All the meat is sourced locally.
An average whole pig will feed around 120-150 guests. We can cater for up to 350 guests in one go using 2 Spit/hog machines. Alternative options can provided for smaller parties.
Booking this service you get the pig cooked and served into soft rolls with apple sauce, stuffing & crackling. Each event we provide as standard, good quality disposable plates, napkins, knives & forks, other sauces. I keep on carving until it’s all gone, providing extra rolls for those hungry for more!
The price is dependent on number of guests, location & extras. With this choice I can also supply basic salads such as coleslaw, Curried potato salad & green leaf salad or a large Paella pan of Sauté Mediterranean Vegetables at extra cost.
Small number of vegetarian alternatives can be provided
For the hog roast the cost is approximately between £4.50 - £5.50 per head. Price on application.
